CAHOON IN BLOOM
From August 6-8, 2010 the Cahoon Museum of American Art and the Osterville Garden Club joined together for the 3rd annual 'Cahoon in Bloom' to benefit the museum. In the spotlight were fantastic floral displays created by prize winning floral artists, each unique arrangement was a local floral designer’s personal interpretation of a painting in Chasing the Mermaids: Celebrating the Centennial of Ralph Cahoon’s Birth, on view in the museum. The reception on Friday night, and in fact the entire weekend, was a huge success and we have the photos to prove it... |
