From Outer Cape: Take Route 6 to exit 5 (Route 149); proceed 4 miles south to Route 28; turn right on Route 28 and continue for two miles. The Museum is on the right just before the intersection with Route 130.From Upper Cape and Sagamore Bridge: Take Route 6 to exit 2 (Route 130); proceed 7 miles south to end of Route 130 at Route 28; turn left, the Museum is the second building on the left.
From Bourne Bridge: Take Route 28 to exit with Route 151; proceed east and south to intersection with Route 28 at Mashpee Rotary; follow Route 28 east out of rotary toward Hyannis for 2 miles; the Museum is the second building on the left beyond the light with Route 130.
From Falmouth Area: Follow Route 28 to Mashpee Rotary; continue on Route 28 toward Hyannis for 2 miles; the Museum is the second building on the left beyond the light with Route 130.
